Please follow these step-by-step instructions on making a return to ensure that your return is handled properly. Not following these instructions will delay or cause the denial of your refund.

1) Contact us at 1-800-530-6664 for a Returned Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA).

2) Gather together ALL of the bottles of your used and/or unused order.

3) Pack ALL of the bottles, along with your receipt, into a secure and sturdy box addressed to:

4) Before mailing your package, please mark it clearly with the RMA number you obtained from our staff.

5) Once your returns are received here, and verified to contain all of the above, a credit will be issued back to you in the amount of the order minus Shipping Costs.*
